My passion lies in helping clients achieve a better understanding and relationship with their bodies.

Having worked with clients from all walks of life and all sorts of injuries, fitness goals and capabilities, I am convinced that by building a healthier relationship with our bodies, we can find a deeper sense of wellbeing in our lives.

I started out as a Pilates teacher in the UK in 2010. My interest in anatomy and teaching inspired me to further my training as a movement teacher and rehabilitation expert and teacher trainer. I am trained with Body Control Pilates (UK), Kane School of Core Integration (NYC), Stott Pilates (RSA).

It was a natural progression for me to embark on a meditation journey and blend what I learnt into the work I was doing with clients.

Under the mentorship of my meditation teacher, Sue Cooper, I created this method of Mindful Movement.
