During the past 10 years of teaching Dominique has trained extensively in pre and postnatal exercise, specialising in pelvic floor and core rehabilitation. Since becoming a mother herself, her passion to support woman regain awareness, trust and strength in their bodies has grown.
She created the Core + Floor class as a way to help you reconnect and strengthen your pelvic floor and core, providing a safe space to restore and heal your body and mind.
To fit in with the demands of motherhood, this is a 30 minute class. It serves as a stand alone class, or ideally it can be done alongside one of her other Mindful Movement offerings for a well rounded approach to supporting your recovery journey.
This class was designed with new mamas in mind, but is also suitable for anyone wanting to focus on core functionality and strength.
