Dominique works individually with clients to help them achieve optimum functionality to prevent and or treat injury. She strongly believes in the concept of ‘Release to Strengthen’ meaning that we cannot build strength on top of dysfunction (usually caused by poor posture, past injury and compensatory patterns).

She works with her clients to achieve optimum mobility and release, through a series of fascial release techniques, conditioning exercises and massage. Once this is achieved she layers the strength training in a very functional and methodical way to ensure correct activation of the deep stabilising muscles, strengthening from the inside out to achieve optimum results.

Sessions take place in the tranquil and bespoke environment of Studio 54 Pilates Studio in Sea Point.
